Sinairelis provides professional cleaning and detailing services for baby car seats and strollers. Our services are cosmetic in nature and are intended to clean fabrics and accessible components.

We do not repair, modify, or certify the safety of any car seat or stroller.

Customers acknowledge that car seats are critical safety devices and that Sinairelis does not inspect, certify, or guarantee the safety of any car seat after cleaning.

Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring that their car seat:

• meets manufacturer safety guidelines
• has not been recalled
• is properly installed in their vehicle

Sinairelis does not install or reinstall car seats into vehicles.

Customers are responsible for proper installation according to manufacturer instructions or by a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).

Customers acknowledge that car seats and strollers may contain existing wear, weakened materials, or hidden damageprior to cleaning.

Cleaning may reveal or expose these conditions.

Sinairelis is not responsible for any pre-existing damage discovered during or after the cleaning process.

While we use professional cleaning techniques and baby-safe products, complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

Certain stains may be permanent due to:

• fabric condition
• age of the item
• previous cleaning attempts
• chemical exposure

Sinairelis does not disassemble or alter structural components of car seats or strollers.

Only removable fabrics and accessible areas are cleaned.

By agreeing to this waiver, customers understand and agree that [Your Business Name]’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the cleaning service.

Under no circumstances shall Sinairelis be liable for:

• structural failure
