Sinairelis provides professional cleaning and detailing services for baby car seats and strollers. Our services are cosmetic cleaning only and do not include safety inspections, repairs, or structural modifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Car seats and strollers are safe and structurally sound before service.
• All personal belongings are removed prior to drop-off or pickup.
• The product is not subject to manufacturer recalls.

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that appear unsafe, damaged, or heavily contaminated.

While we make every effort to restore items to the best possible condition, complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

Some stains may be permanent due to:

• fabric wear
• age of materials
• previous cleaning attempts
• chemical exposure

Customers acknowledge that car seats and strollers may have existing damage, weakened materials, or hidden defects.

Cleaning may reveal these conditions.

Sinairelis is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during or after the cleaning process.

Our services are strictly cosmetic.

We do not certify the safety of car seats and do not guarantee continued compliance with manufacturer safety standards.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their car seat meets all manufacturer and child safety requirements.

Sinairelis does not install or reinstall car seats into vehicles.

Customers are responsible for proper installation according to manufacturer instructions or by a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician.

By using our services, customers agree that the maximum liability of Sinairelis is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

We are not liable for:

• manufacturer defects
• weakened fabrics
• structural failure
• improper prior use
• hidden damage discovered during cleaning

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Online payment
• Other approved payment methods

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in cancellation of the booking or a service fee.

Sinairelis reserves the right to refuse service.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
